This Panoramic is 4 photos stitched together. Each photo is a 7 photo HDR. Doing the math this photo took 28 shots to put together. I went down to the same location that I did last week for the ice pictures. Actually I am on the same pier just a few hundred yards away. I took this photo seconds after the sun went behind the West mountains. Since it was a pano I had to move fast. The photo is a little softer then I would like. This is due to taking a business call right as I was setting up the camera. I forgot to set the aperture to maximize the depth of field. The call was the right thing to do as I was able to provide some help. There is always next time to get the perfect shot.

I like the intense color of the sun reflected off the new snow.
I like the clouds hanging on to the tops of the mountains.
I like the reflections in the lake.
I would like a bit more depth of field.
